Great Onion Soup Diet Creates Miracles! You can apply this 7-day diet as long as you wish. Op.Dr.Mehmet Fuat Abut advises you to do this diet in combination with the onion soup. It will provide a healthy weight loss without starving.

We advise you to consume the onion soup at least 2 lt.a day for it will speed your metabolism. A very important point,however,has to be mentioned. In the list "in any amount," mentioned,it means you can eat to satiety. It is very important not to ignore.
Breakfast:(The same breakfast is recommended every day.)50gr.of white cheese,1 slice of wholemeal bread,5-6 olives,1 tablespoon of honey and according to the condition 1 egg but not more than 3 times per week(egg and honey is preferable).
Day 1: You may eat as much fruit as you like during the day. Except banana,kiwi,grapes and palm fruit. For dinner you are advised to consume grilled or boiled 200gr.of white or red meat. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
Day 2: You may eat as much vegetables as you like during the day. Except tomatoes,potatoes,carrots and dry beans. For dinner you are advised to consume grilled or boiled 200gr.of white or red meat. You may eat plenty of salad at your dinner on your vegetable days. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
Day 3: You may eat as much fruit and vegetables you like during the day. However,you should not eat fruits and vegetables that are not allowed on your diet. For dinner you are advised to eat 4 meatballs. You may eat plenty of salad at your dinner on your vegetable days. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
Day 4: You may divide 800gr.of chicken(grilled or boiled)into two for lunch and dinner. If you don’t prefer to eat chicken at dinner you can cancel that evening’s chicken and eat fish instead. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
Day 5: You may divide 400gr.of red or white meat(grilled or boiled) into two for lunch and dinner. Besides,you have 6 tomatoes. You may cook the tomatoes with the meat or make a tomato salad out of them. However,you should not use oil if you cook the tomatoes with the meat. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
Day 6: During the day you may eat as much meat and vegetables as you like. However,you should not eat the vegetables that are not allowed on your diet. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
Day 7: During the day you eat as much rice pudding as you wish. You need to add a lot of water while cooking the rice. Don’t add any oil but you can use any kind of spices. Don’t forget to drink plenty of onion soup.
How to prepare Onion Soup:
Put 2.5lt of water in a pressure cooker. Divide 6 onions into four pieces and put them in to the pressure cooker. Add two different kinds of season vegetables each half a kilo(Except tomatoes,potatoes,carrots and dry beans)to the mixture. You may use meat or chicken extract. Lemon and parsley give the soup a different flavour. We would like to remind you that you can add all spices you like but never add any oil to the soup. Cook the soup for 45 minutes. Strain the soup after it is done that you will only need the liquid.
